Michelle Rivers is a Nashville-raised, Montana-based singer/songwriter who connects with listeners through her honest voice that soars over her finger-style guitar playing. She is an award-winning songwriter and has been on the lineup of festivals such as Under The Big Sky Fest, Red Ants Pants Music Festival, The Red Lodge Songwriter Festival, The Whitefish Songwriter Festival and the Crown of The Continent Guitar Festival. She was selected to perform at the International Bluegrass Association Songwriter Showcase in Raleigh, North Carolina, and for a National Songwriting competition in Texas, The Songwriter Serenade. She has been a supporting act for national touring artists such as Ashley McBryde, Elle King, Willie Watson, Hogslop String Band, Last Revel and many others. Her latest album “Chasing Somewhere” received international acclaim as it climbed the Americana radio charts and features Grammy award winning Barry Bales, 4-time CMA musician of the year, Jenee Fleenor and the legendary steel player, Al Perkins.
